SAFEGUARD [Prototype]

Retro-style Rail Shooter (think Battle Clash/Metal Combat on the SNES) inspired by the work of Tsutomu Nihei (BLAME!, Abara, Biomega) and Evangelion, among other things.

As a Safeguard, hunting rogue artificial life forms, you come equipped with a rifle-style GBE (Graviton Beam Emitter) - while powerful, it requires some skill and timing to use to its fullest potential. 

MouseWheel switches between Beam and Burst modes - the former more useful for delivering full-power attacks, the latter invaluable for deflecting incoming shots.
