SO FUN! I'm using a status drain team right now :D

In can't figure out how to fight the bump camp guy Girl is battling. I'm assuming I have to beat him to spawn the ace in the arena?

the guy in the lecture hall is decorative, you need to beat 3 bump camp guys in other locations ^^

Oh, thanks! I'm at P.A.R.A.G.O.N now. Its super fun :D

okay so after 2 1/2 hours of bumping and exploring, once again I loooooove this series! Bump Academy is anime ready. Loved the twist, the arc types I feel were pretty similar to previous versions like beast types and such, but having a specific set that meshed together was pretty awesome. I myself of course mixed and matched anyways to win my way to victory ๐Ÿ˜‚. Freaking amazing work as usual. My only single gripe is that in the chapel when trying to obtain the Magess bumper the table isnโ€™t wide enough to grab her ๐Ÿ˜…. But 10/10 I need the sequel to pickup with Rival or a new up and coming bumper. Also the naming convention was epic. I love the simplicity. My hardest battle was the rematch with Professor Adder in the headmasters office for some reason. Took me like 7 tries ๐Ÿ˜‚. Also I read the paperwork on the bumper suit and got so excited and boom it was put into action. Something like that alone can spin another gem out. This series needs an anime with the way you wrote this. Still my favorite Game Boy dev. I pray you keep making many more like this and I hope you work towards a physical release. Iโ€™ll be the first in line for the B&B series. Well and any other release you have honestly.

Also page layout 10/10. Just like reading the back of the box.

Glad you had a good time ^^

What kind of Bumpers did you end up using the most? And did you find the secret Battles?

(+1)

I used the Hero elite, Toy Soldier, Mystic Edifice, and Energy Alpha. Attack stacking Strat ๐Ÿ˜. I wanna say I found the secret battles, but not sure if they were secret or not since I just enjoyed exploring ๐Ÿ˜‚. Are there any specific bumpers youโ€™d get as a prize? I can check my inventory.

specifically I'm curious if anyone found/fought any of the Eclipse archetype, or the Index archetype before the 'elite four'

(+1)

Now I gotta do a fresh playthrough ๐Ÿ˜. Also the intro to picking your starting 4 is an awesome way to go about it. I wanna say I got the index, but canโ€™t recall now ๐Ÿ˜… I was just having fun exploring.

Thanks ^^ I adapted/stole the idea from Yu-Gi-Oh GX having an old dry well full of weak "worthless" cards

Okay second playthrough complete. This time I got the index archetype, now on to my third playthrough to try and find the eclipse ๐Ÿ˜. Used the Runic set this time and it felt soooo OP

The system for adding bumpers to your party is annoying. It should skip bumpers you have 0 of and instead of being the full list, being selectable by archetype first.

Ah, that's a good idea. The series hasn't had archetypes before so I didn't think of it, but it makes sense

It's because it takes a long time to scroll through all 80+ bumpers to find the one you want.

all this needs is a bumpin' ost!

Great game! I'm just kinda stuck because the bumper camp thing isn't starting. went to the helipad after going to the headmaster but nothings happening. Also checked again after going to all other locations and gathering as many bumpers as i could but no heli

There's a door in the helipad area that'll be open at night at this point ;)
